Job Summary:
We are seeking a experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that communicate complex messages effectively. You will work collaboratively with our creative team to develop and execute design concepts that meet client needs.
Responsibilities:

  • Develop and create design concepts for various types of projects, including branding, marketing collateral, web design, and social media graphics.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met and the quality of work is maintained.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and provide creative solutions.
  • Create and present design proposals, mockups, and prototypes to clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct research and stay up-to-date with design trends and techniques.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in various design mediums.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience in project management and team leadership is a plus.
